Tom is a graduate of St. Xavier High School, the University of Notre Dame, and the University of Cincinnati College of Law (1969).  Tom spent the last 45 years specializing in Civil Trial and Insurance Defense work.  Tom has tried over 100 jury trials to verdict and has recently retired from the active practice of litigation.

 

Tom has been serving as a mediator during the past 5 years in Southwest Ohio and Northen Kentucky.  In addition to his private mediation practice, he serves as mediator for Hamilton, Butler, and Warren County Courts of Common Pleas.  He has participated in hundreds of mediations as a lawyer and a mediator.  With his litigation background, Tom is uniquely qualified to bring his diverse experience to mediations and arrive at practical resolutions while avoiding costly litigation.

 

Tom has been a Fellow in the American College of Trial Laywers since 1994, and an advocate with the American board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) since 2008.  Tom has had an AV Peer Rating by Martindale-Hubbell®  since 1982, and recognized by Ohio Super Lawyers every year since 2006.
